Since the iPhone 8, most iPhones have a glass back, which makes wireless charging possible but also means the back can crack just like the screen. Many people leave it, hidden under a case. That is not always the best choice.

Is it just the glass?
A hard drop that cracks the back can also bend the frame or damage parts underneath. Check that wireless charging, the cameras and the flash still work. If anything else has changed since the drop, mention it so we can check before quoting.
